This explains what Finn, a service of Dogtooth LLC, keeps about you and why.
What we keep
- Your business details and the people you list (names, and the phone numbers or chat handles you give us).
- The messages you and your listed people send Finn, and Finn's replies, so Finn remembers what you asked.
- Your website's files and your domain's DNS records, so we can host the site and keep your email working.
- Messages people send through your site's contact forms, so we can pass them to you.
- Billing details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Who helps us run Finn
Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, storage and backups), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI model that reads requests and makes changes), and the messaging apps you choose to connect (WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram). Each only gets what it needs for its part.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, we don't use it to train AI models, and one business's information is never shown to another.
How long we keep it
While you're a customer, we keep your messages and site history. Backups are kept for 35 days. When you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days, after you've had the chance to download a copy.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at chase@dogtoothinc.com.
