Terms of service

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms cover Finn, a website service run by Dogtooth LLC, a Guam limited liability company ("Dogtooth", "we"). By buying Finn you agree to them.

What you get

Finn hosts one website (up to 15 pages) on Cloudflare, keeps daily backups, watches that it stays up, and makes the changes you or the people you list ask for over the messaging apps you connect. Small changes go live; bigger ones come as a preview first. Finn is software, checked by the Dogtooth team.

Plans and edits

Your site and your domain

Your content, images and domain stay yours. When you cancel, you can ask for a copy of your site files and your DNS records, and we'll help you point your domain wherever you want.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and isn't refunded for part of a month or year. The setup fee isn't refundable once the import has started.

What Finn won't do

Finn won't make changes that are unlawful, that copy someone else's work without permission, or that put visitors at risk. Only the people you list can ask for changes; anyone else is ignored and you're told.

Uptime and liability

We aim to keep your site up and correct, but hosting and messaging run on other companies' networks and we can't promise they never fail. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies.
